Title: Adoption of Road Impact Fee Program
Text: "3.3 Adoption of Road Impact Fee or Road Maintenance and Improvement Fee Program. The County is presently undertaking a feasibility study for the imposition of a county-wide impact fee program. To the extent legally permissible, the County shall use reasonable efforts to adopt a road impact fee program applicable to those eligible properties and uses upon which the County can legally impose an impact fee pursuant to constitutional and statutory parameters."
