For the five (5) year period beginning with the start of the Drilling Phase at the first Well Site, Operator shall conduct quarterly IR camera monitoring of all equipment at the Well Sites. When an IR camera is used, Operator must retain an infrared image or video of all leaking components before and after repair." |
