Wildlife Resource Protection: "If project activities are to occur during raptor mating/nesting season (March 1-August 31), surveys will be conducted during nesting season by qualified biologists to locate nesting raptors. The information will be provided to BLM [Bureau of Land Management] biologist and the UDWR [Utah Division of Wildlife Resources] for their review to determine the appropriate avoidance or mitigation measures and spatial and temporal buffers." |
