"33. Noise mitigation. Noise mitigation measures shall be constructed along any edge of any oil and gas operation site if such edge is between the oil and gas operation and existing residential development or land which is zoned for future residential development. The noise mitigation measures shall, to the maximum extent feasible, decrease noise from the oil and gas operations to comply with the sound limitation regulations set forth in Commission Rule 802." |
