"13. Air Quality Mitigations.
a. In addition to the requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Program, Title 25, Section 7, C.R.S., oil and gas production facilities located within 1,320 feet of a building unit shall be: . . iii. If a gas leak of over 10,000 ppm hydrocarbons is discovered the first attempt to repair the leak shall be made no later than 24 hours after discovery." |
