"13. Air Quality Mitigations.
a. In addition to the requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Program, Title 25, Section 7, C.R.S., oil and gas production facilities located within 1,320 feet of a building unit shall be . . . iii. If a gas leak of over 10,000 ppm hydrocarbons is discovered . . . . If shutting down the well will not stop the leak, efforts should be made to minimize the leak within the first 24 hours and it shall be reported to the City Local Government Designee." |
