| Annotation: |
Increases in seismic activity across areas coinciding with oil and gas activities have brought added attention to hydraulic fracturing. Suggestions of a connection between earthquakes and oil and gas exploration have touched a raw nerve and have been gaining prominence as an argument for those opposed to fracking. This report looks at key considerations that need to be analyzed before enacting a law which regulates oil and gas exploration and extraction. |
