Title: Survey requirements preceding surface disturbing activity
Text: "If existing information is not current, field evaluations for greater sage-grouse leks and/or nests would be conducted by a qualified biologist prior to the start of activities in potential greater sage-grouse habitat. These field evaluations for leks and/or nests would be conducted if project activities are planned in potential greater sage-grouse habitat between March 15 and July 15. BLM wildlife biologists would ensure that such surveys are conducted using proper survey methods."
