Title: Plugged well when mine is within 500 feet and re-entered upon completion of mining.
Text: "No Surface Occupancy: 1. No Surface Occupancy (NSO) would be allowed on leases within the area of federally leased coal lands where oil and gas development would likely be incompatible with coal extraction. This stipulation may be waived without a plan amendment if the lessee agrees that the drilling of a well will be subject to the following conditions: (1)(a) well must be plugged when the mine approaches within 500 feet of the well and re-entered or re-drilled upon completion of the mining operation;"
