Text: Water Management: Disposal: Deep Injection: "The rule [36.22.1400 of the Administrative Rules of Montana] establishes guidelines for the permitting requirements for Class II injection wells including their construction, installation, and monitoring and requirements for the receiving formation.... Operators could inject produced water into deeper reservoirs that are not classified as Underground Sources of Drinking Water (USDWs)."
