Text: GS-TL-ROAN-13 TL Big Game Winter Range: "... Human activities including visitations for production activities and well monitoring from December 1 to April 30 will be designed and carried out to minimize impacts. This includes well monitoring through telemetry, scheduling of all nonemergency well maintenance activities outside the December 1 to April 30 timeframe, conducting unavoidable and necessary on-the-ground visits between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and minimizing on-the-ground visitations."
