Text: Wildlife Exclosures: "Cover all "production" related pits and tanks to exclude wildlife, regardless of pit or tank size. Migratory birds can drown in small volumes of water and other fluids. Violations of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act can result in substantial penalties."
