Title: Avoid infrastructure and activities in suitable Jones cycladenia habitat where standard surveys infeasible
Text: "Jones cycladenia (C. humilis var. jonesii): Potential, suitable, and occupied habitat: Where standard surveys are technically infeasible, infrastructure and activities will avoid all suitable habitat (avoidance areas) and incorporate 300' buffers, in general; however, site specific distances will need to be approved by FWS and BLM when disturbances will occur upslope of habitat."
