Title: Avoid surface disturbing activities on slopes greater than 30%
Text: "Soil and Water: Slopes 30% or greater: Surface disturbing proposed projects involving construction on slopes greater than 30% will be avoided. If the action cannot be avoided, rerouted, or relocated then a proposed project will include an erosion control strategy, reclamation and a site plan with a detailed survey and design completed by a certified engineer. This proposed project must be approved by the BLM prior to construction and maintenance."
