"4.1 Electrification. Four Star agrees that with respect to Infill Wells within the Infill Application Area requiring longterm artificial lift, it shall utilize electric motors for all artificial lift installations provided the Well Pad is within 1320 feet of distribution voltage, La Plata County Electric Association has sufficient capacity and the ability to do so and is not cost prohibitive due to the demands of property owners from whom easements are required, topography or other physical features (e.g., the presence of a river)." |
