Title: Density of well pads
Text: "2.1 Density. Swift agrees that, except as provided in Article 2.2 herein or as may be otherwise permitted in the COGCC order approving Swift's Exploratory Application, the density of new Mancos Shale Well Pads within the Exploratory Application Area shall not exceed one (1) within any single Exploratory Drilling and Spacing unit as approved by the COGCC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Article II shall be construed so as to require the closure or abandonment of any existing oil and/or gas well within the Exploratory Application Area."
