Title: Commission Approved Freshwater Pits Allowed or If Pit Used for Emergency, Flare, or Plugging Purposes
Text: "1. Operator’s Pit Practices within the County. a. … however freshwater pits are allowed if approved by the Commission in accordance with Commission Rules and if approved by the County, excepting that emergency, flare and plugging pits that are approved by the Commission in accordance with Commission Rules are allowed without prior County approval if constructed and operated in compliance with the Commission Rules and if located more that ¼ from any occupied building. Use of the aforementioned pits except emergency pits, within ¼ mile of an occupied building must be approved by the county."
