"19. Air Emissions. Air contaminant emission sources shall comply with the permit and control provisions of the state air quality control program (C.R.S. tit.25, art. 7 (C.R.S. ยง 25- 7-101 et seq.)) and the rules and regulations promulgated by the State Air Quality Control COGCC. The Operator shall employ such control measures and operating procedures as are necessary to minimize fugitive particulate emissions into the atmosphere." |
