Title: Adoption of Road Impact Fee Program
Text: "3.3 Adoption of Road Impact Fee Program. The County is presently undertaking a feasibility study for the imposition of a county-wide impact fee program. To the extent legally permissible, the County shall use reasonable efforts to adopt a road impact fee program applicable to those eligible properties and uses upon which the County can legally impose an impact fee pursuant. to constitutional and statutory parameters. If such a [road impact fee] program is adopted by the County and, as adopted applies to minor oil and gas facilities and major oil and gas facilities, BP's obligation to pay the fees described in Article 3.2, other than those already paid, shall terminate."
