The New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department provides this website to integrate interagency efforts to accomplish strategic land conservation practices, wildlife and habitat conservation projects, and climate adaptation. These efforts will integrate key attributes of the Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy for New Mexico with state land conservation initiatives, the Western Governor's Association, Wildlife Corridors Initiative, and attributes of the Forest and Watershed Health Plan, River Ecosystem Restoration Program, and the State Water Plan. |
