Annotation: This document will provide guidance for the management of over 2,100,000 acres of public land and an additional 1,595,000 acres of Federal mineral estate administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Sanpete, Sevier, Piute, Wayne, and Garfield Counties in central Utah.
