Annotation: This paper explains a new quantitative methodology for calculating the expected emissions from a project site. It explains how the use of this methodology can help operators to adjust aspects of the operation which they have control of (choice of drilling fluids, end disposal options, etc.) in order to minimize project emissions.
Required vs.
Recommended- "The objective of the development work undertaken was to create a user-friendly yet scientifically defensible methodology for calculation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air pollutants, fuel consumption and fuel costs before well construction takes place."
