Robert Horner and Corrie Clark gave this presentation at the Western Energy Policy Research Conference in Boise, ID, Aug. 30-31, 2012. The presentation gives a general overview of the environmental risks and regulatory strategies for hydraulic fracturing at the state, local, and federal level, as well as recommendations for how these regulations can be improved and some of the difficulties involved.
