| Annotation: |
MBOGC Rule 36.22.1010 states that operators must generally obtain approval from the Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation before fracing occurs and submit a report of the actual work performed. Well repairs which do not substantially change the mechanical configuration of the well bore or casing do not require prior approval. |
