This document evaluates the 2005 Montana Sage Grouse Management Plan and in light of information learned about sage grouse since 2005. The document includes the results of scientific research and conclusions about the effects of oil and gas development on sage grouse. Although the document does not contain BMPs, the information contained in the document could be the basis for developing BMPs.
