The County recognizes that some minor reconfiguration of the existing infrastructure or additional easements may be necessary due to the placement of multiple wells on existing Well Pads. With the exception of such circumstances and other operational requirements or limitations imposed by existing contractual agreements or government regulations ( e.g., CDOT access permits), with the installation of each Infill Well PETROGULF shall use existing roads, easements, and pipeline routes." |
