The BLM may require special analysis, design, construction, operation, mitigation, reclamation measures, monitoring, and/or relocation by more than 200 meters to protect the soil resource, minimize impacts to other resources, and ensure reclamation success in the 6,668 acres with highly erosive soils on slopes steeper than 30 percent."
