Title: Minimize noise and light pollution adjacent to Dinosaur National Monument.
Text: "Light and Sound: Areas Adjacent to Dinosaur National Museum: Minimize noise and light pollution adjacent to Dinosaur National Monument using best available technology such as installation of multi-cylinder pumps, hospital sound reducing mufflers, and placement of exhaust systems to direct noise away from the monument. Additionally, there would be a requirement to reduce light pollution by using methods such as limiting height of light poles, timing of lighting operations (meaning limiting lighting to times of darkness associated with drilling and work over or maintenance operations), limiting wattage intensity, and constructing light shields. Movement of operations to mitigate sound and light impacts would be required to be at least 200m from the Monument boundary for VRM Classes II, III and IV."
