Text: "Fragile Soils/Slopes: Planning Area Wide: If surface-disturbing activities cannot be avoided on slopes 21-40% a plan would be required. The plan would be approved by BLM prior to construction and maintenance and include: an erosion control strategy, GIS modeling, proper survey and design by a certified engineer."
