Title: Endangered species and ferruginous hawk nests will be protected for three years.
Text: "Special Status Species, Raptors: Unoccupied Nests: Threatened and endangered species and ferruginous hawk nests would be protected for a period of three years. New or additional surface occupancy would not be allowed within ¼ mile of their nests. All other raptor nests would have a buffer of ¼ mile from the nest site between February 15th and August 1st."
