Title: Air quality management/coordination with local stakeholders.
Text: I. Air Quality: "BMP 3: Air Quality Management/Coordination with Local Stakeholders. In some jurisdictions, city, county and regional air-quality oversight entities are now being established in addition to the State and Federal air quality regulatory agencies to deal with possible exceedances of air quality standards. Operators should contact the appropriate regulatory agency to ensure compliance and coordination of air quality requirements. Other BMP examples include: establishment of cooperative boards to ensure air quality performance that meets local, regional, state and national requirements; increased monitoring resources due to the involvement of a wider body of participants; need for effective coordination to avoid conflicting efforts or duplicative performance requirements for CBM operators."
