Text: "Fragile Soils/Slopes: Planning Area Wide: If surface disturbing activities cannot be avoided on slopes from 21-40% a plan will be required. The plan will be approved by BLM prior to construction and maintenance and include - An erosion control strategy[,] GIS modeling[,] Proper survey and design by a certified engineer."
