Wildlife Resource Protection: "If project activities are to occur during migratory birds typical nesting season (typically April 1st -July 315t), surveys will be conducted during nesting season by qualified biologists to locate nesting birds. The information would be provided to BLM [Bureau of Land Management] biologist and the UDWR [Utah Division of Wildlife Resources] for their review to determine the appropriate avoidance or mitigation measures and spatial and temporal buffers."
