"10. Floodplain. Any disturbance within a 100-year floodplain will be allowed if the Operator has obtained a Floodplain Development Permit from the City and has complied with all the City's legally adopted floodplain and engineering regulations. . . .A "100-year floodplain" shall be, for purposes of this Section, a "Special Flood Hazard Area" as identified and mapped by the Federal Emergency Management Agency's National Flood Insurance Program." |
