Title: Consider surface pipelines on steep slopes to reduce erosion
Text: "Surface Water-Throughout the PAPA, the feasibility of surface pipelines will be considered, on a case-by-case basis, where steep slopes are traversed (greater than 25 percent, except within Management Area 4, Sensitive Viewshed where there will be consideration of slopes greater than 10 percent) to reduce visual impacts and construction-related erosion and ultimately reduce sedimentation of area waters."
