Text: "Surface Water-The operators, in conjunction with the development of their APD Surface Use Program, where there is the reasonable expectation for sedimentation from well pad, access road, or other construction runoff to reach the New Fork or Green Rivers, will develop erosion control designs that treat (e.g., sediment trap) runoff before leaving the site."
