Title: Monitor effluent of produced water discharge
Text: "Self-monitorng Requirements: A. Effluent Monitoring: The permittee shall sample the quality of the effluent from each source discharging to the impoundment for the parameters and at the frequency listed in Table 2. The results of these analyses shall be reported to the Department according to the procedures in Part II of the permit." [See pg HYD-21]
