"Self-Monitoring Requirements: The permittee shall maintain a logbook recording information obtained during the inspection. The logbook shall be kept in accordance with proper record-keeping procedures and shall be available for inspection. At a minimum, the logbook shall include the following information: 1. Date and time of the inspection; 2. Name(s) of the inspector(s); 3. Impoundment's discharge status; 4. Measured amount of freeboard: 5. Identification of operation and/or maintenance problems; 6. Remedies needed to address the identified problems; 7. Any actions taken with regard to the problems; 8. Other information, as appropriate." |
