Title: Analyze risk of flash floods in areas adjacent to Colorado and Green Rivers floodplains
Text: "Special Status Species - Critical Habitat of the Endangered Colorado River Fishes: Colorado River, Green River, Dolores River/Colorado River confluence, and all associated back waters (48,513 acres): In areas adjacent to 100 year floodplains, particularly in systems prone to flash floods, analyze the risk for flash floods to impact facilities, and use closed loop drilling, and pipeline burial or suspension according to the Utah Oil and Gas Pipeline Crossing Guidance, to minimize the potential for equipment damage and resulting leaks or spills."
