Text: "Rehabilitation of surface disturbing activities in nesting/early brood-rearing habitats and winter habitats will include sagebrush (including locally adapted species and sub-species) for rehabilitation activities. Field offices will include a minimum of one to two species of appropriate forb species in seed mixtures for nesting and early brood-rearing habitats. Appropriate amounts and species will be determined by site potential"
