Title: Do not exceed noise levels of 55 decibels at a distance of one-quarter mile from appropriate booster compressor
Text: Noise: "Where noise impacts to existing sensitive receptors are an issue, noise levels will be required to be no greater than 55 decibels measured at a distance of one-quarter mile from the appropriate booster (field) compressor. When background noise exceeds 55dBA, noise levels will be no greater than 5dBA above background. This may require the installation of electrical compressor motors at these locations."
